Aquatic Biodanza

“Moving, tender and healing – an experience like no other. A space held beautifully and safely by Rachel throughout. ”  Phil

“What a glorious way to spend an afternoon – I came away feeling so nourished, so connected to myself and my joy. I woke up the next morning singing joyful songs I’d forgotten I knew. During the session I remember feeling such peace and gratitude for the beautiful connection with others – as well as laughing a lot, feeling safe to just be me. Thank you Rachel, for holding the space so sensitively.  I LOVE Biodanza Aquatica!” Suzy
